Review of Whispers In The Wind by Lauraine Snelling 5 Stars!!!

I loved this book! This was the first book I have read by Lauraine Snelling and I can tell you now it will not be the last!!! I had not read the first book in this series before reading this one, but it was not confusing at all and now I can't wait to go back and read the first one! I loved the authors writing style and the characters, especially Cassie. She is so human and her personality is so much like me that I fell in love with her immediately! Also, I am very  blessed to own my dream horse, a pinto whose personality is almost exactly like Wind Dancer's, needless to say Cassie and Wind Dancer's bond really touched my heart!!! I absolutely loved everything about this book! However, while it does seem to be leading that way, there is almost no romance in this book, a fact that I found very refreshing and welcome, but that romance lovers should be aware of! I cannot say enough about how awesome this book is! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves historical fiction! I cannot wait for the next book! Lauraine Snelling has a new fan in me!
