Review: A Dance in Donegal by Jennifer Deibel

5 Stars!

What an absolutely gorgeous story! I have been eagerly anticipating this debut novel since I first saw the cover and learned it was set in Ireland, and it most definitely did not disappoint! Jennifer Deibel's prose is beautiful, soul-stirring, and sweeps the reader away to another time and place, brilliantly painting a gorgeous picture of the Emerald Isle in the reader's mind! I fell in love with this book early on and was completely enthralled with the story throughout! I instantly liked Moira, and definitely found myself relating to her quite a bit. And I completely fell in love with Sean, he is such a fabulous hero, and he never failed to make me melt! This book also features a fantastic cast of supporting characters who make for a delightful addition to the story. Donegal was an absolutely beautiful setting, it really became another character in the book! The faith story in this book was wonderful, it touched my heart deeply!

If you are a fan of historical romance, particularly Catherine Marshall's Christy this is definitely one book you don't wanna miss!

A Dance in Donegal is a phenomenal debut novel, I loved every minute of it and most highly recommend it! I cannot wait to read Jennifer Deibel's next book!
