Review of Unending Devotion by Jody Hedlund 5 Stars!!!

This was my first book by this author, it will not be my last! Unending Devotion is an enthralling, amazing, incredible read! I thoroughly loved reading it! The author fabulously blended historical romance with just enough suspense to keep you completely engaged in the story! The character development, settings, dialogue, and every bit of the plot were first rate! I really can't put into words how much I loved this book, I loved Lily and her mission to save the world, I loved Connell, I loved Oren, but most of all I loved the fact that both Connell and Lily grow in the Lord throughout the course of the novel! I can't say anymore for fear of entering spoiler territory! But I will say that this book  is fabulous, I loved it and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who enjoy historical fiction with romance!!! Review of Against The Tide by Elizabeth Camden 5 Stars!!!

I cannot begin to find the words to describe how much I am in love with this book! Everything about it is excellent, amazing settings, fabulous characters, fascinating historical facts, touching romance, and fantastic writing that makes you smile, laugh and tear up! What more could you want from a book? I was absolutely entranced from the first page, and as soon as I finished it, I  had a burning desire to read it again! It is officially one of my favorite books of the year and one of my all time favorites! I just have to say that Bane and Lydia are now at the top of  my list of all time favorite heroes and heroines!!! This was my first book by Elizabeth Camden, but I am now a fan of her writing and can't wait to read her other books! Another thing I loved about this book is that it had a perfect amount of adventure and suspense. Flawless and riveting, you will not regret reading this book! It is one of the most realistic historical novels I have ever read! I can't gush enough about this book, it is superb! Review of A Christmas Home by Greg Kincaid 5 Stars!!!

Words truly cannot describe how simply wonderful this book is! I have not read the previous books in this series, but now I very much look forward to reading them! Some of my favorite things about this book are how heartwarming and real the story is! I am not a fan of excessive detail in writing, and I think that the author did an excellent job of giving enough detail and yet leaving you enough freedom to use your imagination! The prologue completely captured my heart, and I was captivated from that point on! This is a very quick read, I read it in less than a day, but every word is fabulous! Review of A Season For Tending by Cindy Woodsmall 5 Stars!!!

Review of A Season For Tending by Cindy Woodsmall. 5 Stars!!! To be honest I did not anticipate that I would like this book, I do not generally read Amish fiction because I don't like the way that a lot of authors portray their Amish characters, as worldly and shallow people that only care about themselves, all in an effort to make the characters relatable to readers! Just a personal pet peeve! But I was intrigued by this book and when I was given a chance to review it, I decided to give it a whirl. I ended up loving this book! The characters were perfect, and I loved the message of family and placing others needs ahead of your own! I loved Rhoda, I am in love with Jacob! And I also really loved Leah. I did not like Catherine, she really bugged me from the start. I also loved how big a part of the book gardening and canning were!!! I was surprised at how much I loved everything about this book, it really stirred me (I found myself smiling and chuckling an unmentionable number of times while reading it!) and I can't find words to describe how much I enjoyed it! My only complaints are the cliffhanger ending and the fact that it looks like it's heading toward a love triangle, I am not really a fan of love triangles, but we shall have to see where it goes! I can't wait for the next book to come out!!!  I highly recommend A Season For Tending to anyone who enjoys Amish fiction. And to all those don't usually read this genre, I am here to tell you this is not your average Amish fiction, this book is something special, which I definitely encourage you to try!!! Review of Twice A Bride by Mona Hodgson 4 Stars!!!

After reading and loving the third book in this series (The Bride Wore Blue) I was thrilled to be transported back to Cripple Creek and the characters that I had fallen in love with! In my opinion Twice A Bride is a phenomenal conclusion to this series, which fans of the Sinclair Sisters as well as new readers will devour!!! I love the authors writing style and especially that God and family are the top priorities of her characters lives! Mona portrays 1890's Colorado so well that you really feel like you are there! I will stop myself now to keep from giving away too much of the plot. My only complaint is that the story seemed to lag at times, however, having said that there were many points when I didn't know what was going to happen next, I loved that!!! I cannot wait to go back and read the first two books in this series!!! I highly recommend this book to fans of this series or anyone who enjoys reading historical romance! Review of Whispers In The Wind by Lauraine Snelling 5 Stars!!!

I loved this book! This was the first book I have read by Lauraine Snelling and I can tell you now it will not be the last!!! I had not read the first book in this series before reading this one, but it was not confusing at all and now I can't wait to go back and read the first one! I loved the authors writing style and the characters, especially Cassie. She is so human and her personality is so much like me that I fell in love with her immediately! Also, I am very  blessed to own my dream horse, a pinto whose personality is almost exactly like Wind Dancer's, needless to say Cassie and Wind Dancer's bond really touched my heart!!! I absolutely loved everything about this book! However, while it does seem to be leading that way, there is almost no romance in this book, a fact that I found very refreshing and welcome, but that romance lovers should be aware of! I cannot say enough about how awesome this book is! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves historical fiction! I cannot wait for the next book! Lauraine Snelling has a new fan in me! Review of The Girl In The Glass by Susan Meissner 4 Stars!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I loved getting to learn about Florence, Italy! The premise and message of the story were really neat and I loved Sofia's writing! Also, as a lover of historical anything I really loved the parts of the story that were told from Nora's perspective in the 1500s. I felt like the story did lag a bit in places and the ending felt a bit rushed and left me with a few unresolved questions, but I think my very favorite part of this book was the last couple of pages of what I would call the epilogue! Read it and you'll see what I mean!!! I really did like this book and I can anticipate reading it again. Because there were questions left unanswered I really hope there will be a sequel!!! I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys books about Italy, finding yourself and a bit of history! Oh and a sprinkle of romance!!!
